First things first. Do not let the second book discourage you from reading the final book. What a ride! Welcome back sassy Evie, frustrating Reth, loyal Lend, and all the rest of them. The conversational banter is quite a fun read. There is so much action in this book that taking a day off to go sight seeing was actually painful. Almost every question you have is answered in the final book, except one, which I'm not going to say since it would be a spoiler. Have fun if you decide to read this series. It was entertaining.
